Corporate Tax Advisory - Associate DirectorBirmingham, B3 3AXGBP 65000.0 to 75000.0 AnnumCorporate Tax Associate Director Birmingham (Hybrid role) Full time (part time considered) TRIP are delighted to be working with a leading mid-tier accounting firm that specializes in Audit, Tax and Advisory services and are searching for an Associate Director based out of their Birmingham offices.

Duties and responsibilities Understanding the clients' issues and anticipating their needs whilst also helping them to manage their risk.Advising a range of clients on R&D Tax relief, Patent Box Tax and transaction and restructuring concerns among other generalist advisory work.Negotiating and raising fees and being responsible for WIP management on your portfolio of clients.Being an active member of and developing the wider Tax Team, ensuring national procedures are rolled out and fully adopted in Birmingham.Skills and qualifications Extensive experience of working with a portfolio of clients to deliver on annual corporation tax reporting requirements.ACA and CTA qualification (or equivalent).Demonstrate broad and strong technical tax knowledge and experience in R&D Tax relief, Transaction Tax, Patent Box or Restructuring.Broad experience of managing the financials on clients, delivering on budgets and negotiating fees with clients, and bringing on board new clients.The successful Corporate Tax Associate Director will play a pivotal role in the organization and can look forward to an exciting career journey.
