Genuine prospects for career development if desired.THE ROLESThe firm's well established team requires additional highly motivated Corporate Lawyers to advise on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.You will be joining a small, experienced corporate and commercial team which supports an active commercial/commercial property department.You will need to be familiar with the needs of small businesses, larger commercial clients and HNWs.The workload will require assistance on all types of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions.This is a superb opportunity for Corporate Lawyers to join a busy, motivated team and gain exposure to high quality work.THE CANDIDATESThe ideal candidates will have 3pqe + to senior level dealing with a general caseload of corporate commercial work including shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.Secured lending experience will be an advantage.The successful candidates will have excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to manage a large and varied caseload and work as part of a team.
