Job Description Boutique, specialist law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their Hale offices.

\n As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be working closely with the Partner on a caseload of Corporate matters including: \n \n Mergers and acquisitions \n Private equity \n Sales and purchases \n Reorganisation initiatives \n \n The successful candidate will ideally have 0-2 years' PQE, has excellent client care skills, is well organised and works well as part of a team.
