Job Description Top tier, Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join their Dudley office.
\n Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role where you will be working on behalf of a wide range of clients from public companies to multinationals.
Within this role, you will be running your own caseload of: \n \n Shareholder Agreements \n Due diligence \n Disposal and acquisitions \n Company Restructures \n Joint ventures \n Succession Planning \n \n The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years PQE within Corporate law, is able to work well as a team, has excellent client care and communication skills and is wanting to establish themselves for a long-term career.
