The Candidate Looking for a highly motivated, 3+ PQE, corporate associate with relevant experience in corporate M&A transactions.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, comfortable working on complex and varied deals, with the ability to collaborate with senior teams and in-house lawyers from major businesses.
