This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join one of the fastest growing Legal 500 firms in the regions, within an excellent corporate team looking to expand a already highly established department.
No following required, therefore this opportunity might suit a associate who is ready to step up, or a established senior associate looking to join a larger practice.
The successful candidate should have circa 4 PQE or above and have good working knowledge of: Private M&A matters Advising on a wide range of corporate transactional cases Share, trade and asset acquisitions Disposals Benefits include: Private BUPA medical 38+ days holiday Hybrid working and much more There is a good deal of work in the firm already and the firm offers excellent peer support, with a great environment in which to work.
