JOB REF: 7762• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 2-4 Years' PQE with previous exposure to working within the education sector and/or charity law.• You will be responsible for varied caseload to include sales, acquisitions, charitable mergers and collaborations of independent schools and other associated corporate matters.• You must be able to work with minimal of supervision and be an idea's person who is keen to contribute new ideas and ways of working into the firm.• You will have exceptional communication skills and work well within a team environment.• This law firm can provide you with good quality work and an environment in which you can truly thrive and further develop your career.• Competitive remuneration package on offereNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
