Corporate Solicitor - 5 Year Pqe

I am working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the department of a highly regarded firm based in Stourbridge.
My client are able to use their reputation to attract a caseload of varied and quality matters whilst also maintaining the great reputation of a smaller and more local firm, and are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals that are able to slot into such an environment seamlessly.
The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of: Acquisitions, disposals, mergers, MBOs and venture capital investmentsCompany formations, corporate restructuring & joint venturesShareholders' agreementsConfidentiality agreementsCommercial joint ventures and strategic relationshipsIP, IT, and e-commerceContract and terms of tradingAgency and distribution agreementsRegulatory compliance The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE of handling a variety of corporate matters.
Salary: £50000 - £65000 depending on experience Hybrid working available
