Job DescriptionThis is an opportunity to join a leading Birmingham team as an Associate specialising in Corporate and M&A work.

The team has a strong reputation for being one of Birmingham's leading Corporate teams and there is a gap and real opportunity for a lawyer with at least 4 years' experience to join the team and work on top-level Corporate work.

The team works on national deals and not just local deals. There is also a client base of private equity work and some PLC work.

This is a chance to propel your career in a leading Corporate team, working on a very busy caseload. You will work as part of the joined-up national Corporate offering.

The firm operates a hybrid working model.
The Successful ApplicantIdeally, you will have at least 4 years' experience in Corporate work at a leading firm.
