CORPORATE B2B -SALES TEAM MANAGER (Volkswagen Group) MILTON KEYNES BASED (B2B CORPORATE FLEET SALES/AUTOMOTIVE/VEHICLE MANUFACTURING ) HYBRID- Milton Keynes - 2 days per week office in ROI LTD, Milton Keynes - 3 remote days Base Circa - £45,000 plus Bonus Managing a corporate sales team of 8- B2B Sales & Account Managers /Business Development professionals.

This role focuses on overseeing team performance (circa 8), enhancing client relationships, and spearheading growth strategies in the automotive sector for our prestigious client Volkswagen Group.
We're seeking an experienced professional with a track record of inspiring teams, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities in Sales Team Manager Team Leadership : Lead and motivate the robust and well established sales team majority remotely or in a contact service centre or remotely to achieve and exceed targets through effective coaching, performance monitoring, and strategic direction.
Client Strategy Development : Develop and implement advanced client engagement strategies to secure new business and deepen current client relationships.
Sales Performance Analysis : Analyse sales data to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for performance improvements.
Collaborative Planning : Work closely with all managers and teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team, encouraging creativity and innovation.
Experience and Skills Required for a Successful Sales Team Manager Proven Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strategic Sales Expertise : Strong strategic thinking with the ability to create and implement effective sales plans.
CRM Proficiency : Skilled in the use of CRM platforms to manage client information and drive sales initiatives.
