Corporate (Private Equity) Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join the Corporate – Private Equity team of a renowned UK firm in London.
The team provides advice on all aspects of private equity, from fund formation to buyouts, add-ons, co-investments, minority investments, and management incentives, through to dispositions and other types of exits.Experience required:Qualified in England and WalesHave at least 2 years PQEHave gained corporate private equity experience with a large regional or national practice.Strong academics.Ability to give practical, clear advice.Excellent communication skills.Motivated and enthusiastic.Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
