The Role The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing high-value transactions, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the team's strategic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity deals, and public markets work.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex transaction documents.
Collaborating with senior colleagues to develop and strengthen client relationships.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, including trainees and paralegals.
Engaging in business development activities to support the expansion of the Corporate practice.

The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a driven and experienced Corporate Solicitor with:
A minimum of 5 years' PQE, ideally gained at a leading national or international firm.
A proven track record of handling complex corporate matters, particularly in M&A, Private Equity, or Equity Capital Markets.
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
A client-centric approach with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver tailored, solutions-focused advice.
A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a commitment to team development and success.
