Location: Guild Care Head Office, Worthing, West SussexHours: 35 hours per week, full timeAbout the Role: We are looking for an ambitious, energetic Corporate Partnerships Officer to drive income growth through strategic corporate fundraising activities. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you'll play a vital role in building partnerships that support Guild Care's mission to reduce social isolation and stigma for older people, those living with dementia, and people with learning disabilities. You'll be responsible for securing financial support, in-kind donations, and valuable collaboration opportunities that align with the charity's goals.
Main Duties: Partnership Development: Identify and engage potential corporate partners for financial, sponsorship, and in-kind support.Build lasting relationships with corporate partners, inspiring commitment to Guild Care's mission.Develop strategies to maximise corporate engagement, including employee involvement and sponsorships.Collaborate on campaigns and projects to increase fundraising.Align corporate initiatives with Guild Care's goals and fundraising targets.Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for partnership growth.Strategic Innovation: Develop initiatives with partners to leverage their resources in support of Guild Care's vision.Explore new opportunities in corporate philanthropy and CSR.Events & Engagement: Plan and lead events and activities to engage corporate partners with Guild Care's impact.Organise networking opportunities for partners with Guild Care's leadership and beneficiaries.Reporting & Evaluation: Track partnership performance against targets, maintaining records in the CRM system, Beacon.What Kind of Person Are We Looking For? Proven experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or fundraising, ideally within a charity or non-profit.Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage and inspire partners at all levels.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing compelling proposals.Demonstrated ability to meet fundraising or revenue targets.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and trends.Experience managing corporate fundraising events or campaigns.Familiarity with CRM systems for donor/partner management.Who is Guild Care?
