Are you an experienced Corporate solicitor looking for a jump into Partnership, a current Partner looking to port your practice into a superstar team, or a Partner looking to wind down whilst overseeing an already successful practice?
This is a brilliant and very rare opportunity to become a day 1 Partner in a top 50 law firm in Bristol, without the requirement of a dedicated following due to the success and work streams of the current team (although the team would not turn away someone looking to port a successful practice).
The team you would be joining is currently made up of 13, with 2 brilliant Partners already in place: the first an Ex-magic circle lawyer focused on £100Mil+ transactions and the second focused on mid-market South West work.
The practice is solely corporate rather than a Corporate Commercial split, so the right person's experience would have to reflect that.
The team currently covers 4 main routes to market, which are:
Private Equity work, with a range of client typesCo-Counsel for a Magic Circle firm on £100-300Mil transactionsWorking with FTSE 100 clients nationallySW SME work IRO £5-50MilThey have attracted a number of Ex-city lawyers as well as homegrown South West talent, offering a real mixture of experience and expertise to their client base.
They have the capacity and dedicated budget to double in size, so it would be a brilliant time to join the team.
