Corporate Partner An experienced solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a Partnership level position with a well-known Midlands firm. The role will suit a skilled and experienced lawyer who would like to be a Partner in a team that is already listed in Legal 500 and yet in a firm that genuinely prizes work-life balance and employee satisfaction.
The firm is well-known and has been growing steadily and organically for a number of years. They operate from several offices across the wider Midlands region and have an established client base. The firm provides advice across the full spectrum of legal services including both business and private clients.
The corporate team is ranked in the Legal 500 and advises a range of local, regional, and national businesses. The client base operates in a very broad array of sectors. The current opportunity is offered with an eye on succession planning and the future growth of the department.
The position will suit an experienced corporate solicitor with a broad array of skills across the full range of corporate work. Work can include mergers, acquisitions, disposals, share issues, and general governance. The successful candidate is likely to have some good contacts and the potential to bring more business to the firm in due course.
