This firm is very different from a traditional, partner led firm. There are over 22 locations across England with plans to expand further, having recently achieved a turnover of 125 million.
There is a corporate management structure, no formal billing targets, chargeable hours or periodical appraisals. The focus is on a collaborative team model. This encourages employees to work closely, share knowledge and ultimately provide a fantastic service to clients.
The firm provides legal advice to Corporations and individuals of high net worth and so the highly regarded Corporate team plays a huge part in the firms successes. The corporate team cover all areas of corporate matters including Corporate governance, employee ownership trusts, equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, shareholder agreements, strategic corporate projects, venture and growth/ development capital.
In line with the firm's business plan, which is to invest in growing their national offices through 2022 and beyond, the firm is keen to appoint a Corporate Partner who has ambition and drive. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
