This firm is characterised by its supportive, people focused culture.The Role: In line with the firm's strategic business plan, the firm is keen to appoint a junior corporate partner to join their busy M&A group in a ready made, budgeted partner role.
This opportunity would suit an existing corporate partner already practising in a mid-market London or SE firm and/or your may be someone with a recognised commercial firm and plans to relocate to London.
The firm would be particularly keen to speak to experienced corporate lawyers at Senior / Principal Associate level or equivalent who are looking for a first partnership level opportunity.You: As an experienced corporate dealmaker, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized M&A transactions.
You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
