Corporate Legal PA & HR Administrator An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen at one of our International law firms who are looking to recruit a pivotal role for their London office as a Corporate Legal PA & HR Administrator who will support 2 allocated Partners and team as well as be responsible for all HR administration on a permanent basis:
Salary to £55,000 Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote) 9:30am till 5:30pm Excellent employee benefits Corporate Legal PA responsibilities: Full secretarial support – diary and travel management, business development assistance, document amendments and production Collating, calculating and submitting expenses for the team Workflow delegation for secretarial team / absence management HR Administration responsibilities: Documenting and reporting annual leave, sickness, and other absences for the London office Preparing an annual reports for the Finance Department Assisting the HR Partner and Managing Partner on HR issues Liaising with agencies regarding CVs, interviews and job offers for new business services requirements Corporate Legal PA & HR Administrator Key Skills & Requirements: 3 years+ Corporate Legal PA/Secretarial experience within a law firm Previous experience within HR administration Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
