Job Description The Corporate Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
Acting on M & A, private equity, reorganisation and capital marketsLead the corporate legal team, inspiring and developing team members.Act for a range of clients from major corporates to listed companiesDeal with national and international workTake an active role in business development and work generation activities The Successful Applicant The successful Corporate Legal Director should have:
Corporate experience gained from a large regional, national or international law firmStrong academicsTies to LeedsExperience on M & A and private equity workLikely to be around 8 years plus PQEProven leadership and team management skills. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from £90,000 to £120,000 per year.Private health care benefits.Generous holiday allowance of 25 days.Pension contribution of 5%.Hybrid working arrangement.Bonus scheme of up to 30%.
