We are currently handling a fantastic opportunity to join the corporate team at this boutique legal practice.
The team advises clients on a full range of transactional corporate matters including international, UK and Scottish transactions.
The successful applicant will advise on a wide range of transactions, including M&A, private equity, acquisitions & disposals, joint ventures, venture capital and re-organisations.
Applicants must have a corporate background, will ideally be around 1-4 Yrs PQE and will be able to demonstrate commercial awareness.

This role will suit someone looking for more responsibility and client exposure and the opportunity to shape the team and become involved in future business development and strategy.
Applicants must be admitted as a Solicitor in the UK, preferably with specific admittance in Scotland, hold a current and unrestricted practising certificate, and have at least one year post qualified transactional corporate experience, preferably gained in a well known legal practice.
