This is a 6-12 month contract with the possibility of flexible working arrangements, including remote options.
As part of this role, you will be involved in a variety of transactional construction-related matters , assisting the client in navigating complex legal requirements within their development projects.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level legal advice on construction-related matters to support the client's ongoing and future projects.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts , subcontracts , and other related agreements.
Advise on regulatory compliance, risk management, and contractual obligations in construction projects.
Handle issues arising in connection with construction disputes, where required.
Support the client's legal team in reviewing documentation related to construction law and related transactions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal considerations are appropriately addressed in project delivery.
Provide proactive legal input to mitigate risks and ensure compliance across the business's construction activities.
Key Requirements: Qualified corporate lawyer with significant construction law experience.
Strong background in construction contracts and related commercial legal frameworks.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in handling transactional construction law matters.
