Ideally, you will have gained exposure to M&A, private equity, Lloyd's syndicate financings, managing agency arrangements, renewals, Part VII transfers, and reinsurance transactions including ADC, LPTs, and RITCs.
You should also have knowledge of the FSA and Lloyd's regulatory framework as it affects the London market and have been close to a range of corporate transactions in the sector, which may have included setting up integrated Lloyd's vehicles.
