The Corporate Governance Manager will play a vital role in our continuing journey to provide excellent assurance to the various governance committees and external regulatory bodies that form part of our regulatory and governance requirements.
The post holder will play an active role in supporting the implementation of the Corporate strategy 2024 – 2028.
This will include developing the Corporate governance work plan and interpreting and delivery of relevant local and national policies.
The post holder will work closely with the Board Chair, Chief Executive and clinical and non-clinical leaders on key projects such as the Annual Report and Annual Review meeting.The post holder will provide leadership to the Freedom of Information (FOI) team, ensuring all requests are responded to within the in a timely manner and in accordance with legislation.
