Follow up any agreedaction points with those responsible and inform the chair of progress.Liaise with thosepreparing papers to make sure they are available on time and distribute theagenda and papers.Maintaincopies of current terms of reference and membership of any committees and anynominated trustee safeguarding.
Maintain a record ofall relevant documents, including minutes, record of conflicts and interests,etc.Maintain a trusteemeeting attendance record.
With experience ofworking in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, youwill be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail.

Qualifications Essential GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths or relevant work experience.
