Corporate Finance Specialist

EA First are partnering with a well-know regional firm in their search to recruit a Corporate Finance Specialist.
If you are a ACA/ACCA Auditor or Accountant, who is currently working in practice and is are keen to move into Corporate Finance, this could be a exciting opportunity for you.
One of the most active Corporate Finance teams in the East Anglia region.
You will gain exposure to a high-profile client base, working on interesting and confidential transactions.
You will also be involved in business sales, business acquisitions, due diligence reporting, valuations, strategic planning and financial forecasting.
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with prior practice experience.
Candidates looking to move from audit and accounts are also encouraged to apply and will be offered study support for the Corporate Finance qualification.
