Job Description This is an 18-month fixed term contract to help support on a project which is capex funded.

You will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and be responsible for the following:

Ensuring banking structures remain in line with local regulations / requirements.KYC and bank interactions (new entities, accounts, signatories).Legal and tax framework for cash pooling structures at Group level.Review of local regulations / legal requirements for cash pool participants.Review and negotiate cash pooling documentation with cash pooling banks.Review of changing intercompany loan / deposit arrangements.Complex, material, global, external financing arrangements.Other projects, including restructuring exercises, royalties and IP licensing, dividend distributions, and other cash repatriation / extraction arrangements and tax optimisation arrangements.The Successful Applicant A strong corporate finance lawyer with experience working in-house.
