I am working on an exceptional opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a niche caseload within the Education team of one of the most highly regarded firms in the UK.My client, a top 100 firm with offices throughout the UK, are looking for either an education solicitor or a corporate solicitor to join their team and take on a caseload consisting of:M&A cases relating to universities and other higher education and further education institutions (HEI's & FEI's)Collaboration agreements between academic institutionsAdvising on spin-out companiesJoint VenturesSet up of research institutions, spin outs and merger of academic groupsRange of commercial and governance mattersThis is an opportunity to carve out a team within a niche area of law, with the backing of a team dedicated to becoming a driving force in the UK within this sector.Salary: £80,000 - £120,000Flexible working options available
