Job Description:Corporate Dental ConsultantSalford Quays – Hybrid (up to 3 days WFH per week)PermanentFull Time£23,500 - £29,500 + fantastic benefits We make health happenThe purpose of this role is to account manage small to mid-market dental clients by effectively developing relationships with client contacts at middle to senior management level.
Be focused on the generation of new business opportunities via mid Corporate (direct and brokered) and focused on cross selling PMI and the entire product range.
Be required to be pro-active in maximum retention of business.How you'll help us make health happen:Pro-actively manage, develop and renew portfolio of corporate clients through developing and maintaining relationshipsAgree 12 month account management plans to include presentation of Bupa's range of products and servicesAchieve business levels in line with agreed targets, objectives and client service levelsClients aware of Bupa's range of products and servicesIdentify new business opportunities with new and existing clientsRetain accounts profitability by managing issues and delivering against agreed service levelsUnderstand the needs and opportunities of each clientRetaining profitable dental and non-dental businessDevelop and maintain effective relationships with client contacts at middle to senior manager levelAble to influence sales decision with appropriate client contactFully understand the client's needs, aims and future plans using this information in the interest of Bupa and the customerKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Up to date knowledge of the healthcare market within which operates along with an understanding of the business dynamics of the Bupa business, it's products and servicesGood business awareness and sound commercial judgementExcellent sales, presentation and negotiation skillsExperience of succeeding in the negotiations with client contacts at middle to senior management levelStrong verbal, written and communication skillsUnderstanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellenceUnderstanding of relationship management skills and the ability to develop effective internal and external relationships and networksWell organised with effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
