We are looking for an experienced B2B Account Director/Communications Director to join a leading Corporate Communications agency, who works with an impressive roster of large, global, FTSE500 companies across a variety of industries.
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven Client Services Account Director/ Communications Director who wants to make a big impact as part of this growing agency.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering high-impact communication campaigns alongside impeccable client servicing.
This role is office-based Mon-Thurs, Fridays remote.
West Sussex HQ.
The Role Lead the strategic planning and execution of communication campaigns, including internal communications, social media, digital, and content marketing.
Present recommendations, ideas and budgets to clients for approval and manage expectations throughout the project.
Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to meet specific client objectives.
Guide the creation of compelling content across all media format and communication channels.
Oversee team workflow, ensuring quality and timely delivery of all projects and initiatives.
Oversee account budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope.
Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts by understanding their evolving needs and presenting new solutions.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences and forums as required.
The Person Ideally at least 10+ years of experience in a Corporate Communications role (agency or in-house).
Degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Proven client management skills, with the ability to grasp client needs rapidly, build trust and develop strong relationships.
Strong project management skills.
Expertise in developing multi-channel communication strategies.
Strong writing and storytelling ability, with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional team player capable of collaborative or independent work as required.
