CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, NQ -3 PQE, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, COMPETITIVE SALARY.
A reputable firm are seeking a junior solicitor to join their growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to get involved with international work.
JOB REF: 7528•The appointed Solicitor will manage an exciting caseload of high profile commercial matters.
Duties include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.•You will provide legal advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring, as well as on compliance and regulatory matters.•Applications are welcomed from candidates with a newly qualified status up to 3 yeas PQE gained in either national firms or reputable niche firms.•The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and business development skills to maintain strong client relationships.•This role is fully office based due to the nature of the team set up.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
