THE ROLE:
This excellent law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Solicitor to become part of their expanding Corporate & Commercial team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an impressive client base across a range of sectors, managing a high-quality caseload of general commercial matters and corporate/M&A transactions.


THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 5+ years' PQE with prior experience in Corporate & Commercial law.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload is also a key requirement.
