About the Role Joining this highly regarded and specialist team, led by an industry recognised Chambers raked individual, you will be covering a variety of matters, working with a diverse client base.
The team advises on a full range of corporate and commercial work including: - Mergers and Acquisitions- Corporate advisory- Shareholders' Agreements and Articles of Association- Partnerships and LLPs- Share incentive schemes- Joint Ventures- Banking and Finance- Commercial Contracts- Intellectual Property and Information Technology Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in a similar sized UK City or regional practice, coupled with an energetic attitude and enthusiasm.
A proven track record in business development and the ability to drive growth are essential.
You must be self-sufficient, able to work to tight deadlines, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
Expertise ideally in IP/IT, banking and finance, and/or other areas of commercial law is advantageous.
