Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Our highly-regarded client is searching for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor, with 3 5 years PQE and to join a highly-regarded team, based in Bournemouth.
You will ideally have some commercial law experience to handle a full spectrum of non-contentious corporate law matters, including M&A, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, articles of association, corporate transactions, partnership agreements, business reorganisation (often in the context of private client tax planning).
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven individual who can assist in growing the team with the desire to be involved in business development for the firm.
An initial salary range of £55,000 - £70,000, dependant on experience will be provided and will be reviewed, once established.
