We are seeking a dynamic Corporate & Commercial Partner to join a nationally recognized, Legal 500-recommended firm in their London office, which is experiencing significant growth over the next 6-9 months.

The Corporate & Commercial team has been earmarked for expansion, starting with the hire of a Salaried Partner to lead the team.

Key Areas of Focus: M&ACommercial ContractsShareholder AgreementsJoint VenturesRestructuringsInvestment & LLP AgreementsPartnershipsThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record across these areas, a small but sustainable client following to support their practice, a "can-do" attitude, and entrepreneurial drive.
This opportunity is open to both seasoned partners and senior associates looking to step into partnership.

The firm also has capacity for 2-4 solicitors with complementary expertise to join the team.
