As our team continues to grow, we are searching for an additional Corporate Client Relationship Manager with experience in dealing with people in Share Plans, HR, Reward or Employee Benefits.
You will work within our Financial Education and Strategic Partnerships Team.
The role will be a hybrid (in-office / home working) based role working from our offices in London.
Responsibilities & Duties: Corporate Client Relationship Manager The position will require a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate to deliver innovative solutions to unlock exciting opportunities within our existing corporate clients and strategic partners.
Supporting the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will have a strategic & sales focus to ensure delivery of KPIs.
A professional appearance and can-do attitude is key.
Your role will include but is not exclusive to: Build & maintain relationships with our Share Plan, HR and Reward key contacts & strategic partners Create solutions for clients & partnerships to unlock opportunities Host regular progress meetings with corporate clients Deliver a cohesive & engaging Financial Education programme Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop AAG's partnership offering Hosting effective partner / client events either virtually or in person Deliver meaningful engagement reports on the partnership for AAG & client You must have previous, similar experience and must be strong in the following areas: Minimum 3+ years experience in a corporate relationship role (essential) Experience in working alongside people in Share Plans, HR, Reward, Pensions or Employee Benefits High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills High standard of written & verbal communication skills Highly IT literate, including MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude Thrives in a changing environment with the ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
