The Role You'll work on a variety of exciting projects, including M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
Your responsibilities will include: Drafting key legal documents and providing practical advice Building strong client relationships and supporting business development Managing and mentoring junior team members About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring: 7+ years' PQE, ideally in corporate law Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills A collaborative approach and the ability to manage complex transactions Why Join?
