I'm currently supporting a Top-tier Legal 500 law firm, with an excellent reputation for delivering top-tier legal services, as they look to add a Corporate Associate to the team in Southampton.

Key responsibilities: Providing expert legal support on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate governance matters Drafting and reviewing corporate documents including shareholder agreements, company policies, and other essential legal documentation Advising clients on the legal implications of commercial transactions and business structures Engaging with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored pragmatic legal advice Collaborating with senior solicitors and partners on complex corporate deals and projects Leading negotiations, managing timelines, and maintaining a high standard of client service What could set you apart?
Qualified solicitor with ideally 3 years' PQE in corporate law (or equivalent experience) Strong technical knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance A keen interest in business development and client relationship management Excellent communication and negotiation skills A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities A genuine passion for delivering first-class legal service to clients What's in it for you?
