Corporate Associate/Senior Associate – Manchester (4+ PQE) We are working with a leading international firm who are looking to hire into their corporate team, based in their Manchester office.
The department is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and handle a high quality of work that is both national and international.

You will have the opportunity to act on both domestic and international corporate matters for UK and global companies and entrepreneurs.
This work includes public and private M&A (both sides), ECM and public takeovers and IPO's.

The team are hiring due to growth and looking for an individual with 4+ years PQE.

Requirements: We are looking for individuals who are:
Trained in a reputable corporate team.
England & Wales (or common law jurisdiction) qualified Solicitor Ambitious and passionate about the corporate sector.
Salary – Up to £95K depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
