Job DescriptionMy client is a prestige car dealership who are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Account Administrator to join their existing team.As a Corporate Account Administrator, you will need to provide the best level of service to all customers / leasing Companies.
The role will require you to be the first point of contact to Corporate customers, when processing vehicle sales orders, ensuring customers are kept up to date at all times throughout the ordering process.
You will also be supporting the Corporate Managers with lead generation, producing and sending vehicle quotes to customers.Corporate Account Administrator Role: Assist in daily running of Corporate DepartmentRespond to all email alerts in a prompt and professional mannerProvide accurate lead times to customers/clientsPass all new orders to the Corporate ManagerAssist with the ordering of New vehicles with the manufacturerPrepare the internal file, ensuring the specification has been checked and agreed with the customerConfirm onward delivery to the customer and arrange the necessary transport keeping to the agreed mile restrictionsAssist with Department Managers to resolve any queries including debtorsAnswer the corporate phone to ensure a prompt response to all corporate customersMonitor and continuously achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
As a Corporate Account Administrator:You will need previous experience in a similar position within the motor trade, ideally as a Sales Administrator, CRM database Administrator, Fleet AdministratorYou will have great organisational skills, with great attention to detailYou will be able to collate and record information accuratelyYou will be required to work to targets and DeadlinesYou will need to have excellent communication skills, both via telephone and writtenPackage: £22-£25K Depending on Experience + Bonus Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30-5:30 Charlotte at Jago Consultants
