Corporate Associate / Snr Associate This is a major UK law firm with offices in the UK and Asia.
It enjoys a market-leading presence in a number of key industry sectors such as Tech, Retail, Insurance, and FS.
The corporate team is core to the firm and has a well-earned Tier 1 ranking in mid-market private M&A deals.

The team seeks a 3-6 pqe lawyer with strong private M&A experience, ideally from a comparable peer firm.
There will also be exposure to some public M&A, JVs, and general advisory matters.

The quality of work here is top-notch, and the demands, although full-on at times, are nothing like as excessive as at some firms, providing a good balance.

Salary: to £125k+
