Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to join our team.
The primary focus of this role is to assist with our recently awarded contract, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client relations.
This is a fully office-based position at either our Leyland or Stockton on Tees locations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage daily operations related to Openreach contracts.
Liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Organize and maintain project documentation and records.
Provide administrative support to the delivery management team.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and client requirements.
Assist with problem-solving and conflict resolution as needed.
Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within the telecommunications or related industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
