About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic and driven Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our mission, using data to drive process improvements and automations that enhance our KPIs.
You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, improving, and implementing all system and procedural updates provided by Openreach.
Your work will be crucial in ensuring that we deliver on our promise of a Full Fibre future for Britain.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Openreach requirements.
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Implement system and procedural updates, optimising processes for better performance and efficiency.
Develop and manipulate dashboards to present key information, driving informed decision-making.
Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring clear understanding of PIA processes and policies.
Present policy changes and updates across the organisation, ensuring alignment and compliance.
Requirements Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of understanding.
