The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen operations and food preparation, able to supervise kitchen porters and ensuring high-quality dishes are served promptly.
Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment Assist in stock management and inventory control Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences Skills Proficiency in culinary techniques and meal preparation Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Experience working in a restaurant or similar setting Ability to work efficiently under pressure Strong teamwork and communication skills
