By providing excellent care and services to both clients and children, we have ensured the successful growth of the company and to keep up with the rapid pace of this growth, we are now looking for an experienced Cook to join the team.
The role: As a Cook in one of our schools you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of a healthy, nutritious and fun menu for the students and staff.
You will focus on delivering the highest quality of food and service along with having the flair, originality and the ability to make this one of the best catering offers in the area.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparation of the menu, using the recipes provided Ensuring Food Hygiene, Allergen and Health and Safety compliance The production of Hospitality as per the client requests Supervision of the team Building relationships with both the client and customers Providing a friendly and polite customer service experience for all About you We need someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our schools along with the following skills and experience: Ideally you will have some knowledge of education catering having used fresh ingredients and possess excellent craft skills You have Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 (further training will be available) You have excellent knowledge of health and safety practices Computer literate with experience of using different systems You're self-motivated, able to use your own initiative, have a desire to learn and achieve whilst motivating others Why join us?

You'll work Monday to Friday during school term time meaning more time with friends and family and no working at Christmas!
This role is: 27.5 hours per week - with no late nights Working 38 weeks per year based around term time - what could you do with all that time off?
