Based in the NW, they are scaling rapidly and seek a dynamic Chief Operations Officer to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.

The Role:
As COO, you will be instrumental in shaping operational strategy and ensuring short and long-term execution.
Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee all operational aspects, optimising processes, improving supply chain efficiency, and driving sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's sustainability goals.
Optimise manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics processes for efficiency and scalability.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote best practices in sustainability.
Minimum Requirements: Proven leadership experience in operational management, ideally within sustainable materials, manufacturing, or a related industry.
Strong background in process optimisation, supply chain management, and scaling operations.
Passion for sustainability and a track record of implementing eco-friendly practices.
