Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client is a well-established law firm and you would be joining a small, supportive team who enjoy working collaboratively.
Working with another conveyancer you will managing an existing caseload, which will include, Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters and Re-Mortgages.
Our client is seeking a candidate who can undertake a broad scope of Residential Property matters whilst demonstrating a tailor-made, proactive and commercial approach to your clients.
This role is office based and does not have parking at the site.
Our client will also consider applications from Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancers.
The Person * A minimum of 2 years previous experience of working in a fee earning role * Experience of running own caseload * A sound knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing in sale, purchase and re-mortgage matters * Excellent client relationship skills * Able to handle matters from pre-exchange, to exchange and to completion * Ability to develop and work in a fast paced, intellectually challenging environment * Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage multiple deadlines * High level of professionalism and integrity * Ability and desire to meet targets and exceed expectations Benefits: * Great work environment, collaborative and supportive * 20-23 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension If you are interested in finding out more, please call Sharon Tanner on 01189567064 or email me at JTRA1_UKTJ
