The Role of the Conveyancing Solicitor A fee earning role to manage and progress a mixed caseload of Conveyancing matters through to completion Matters will include sales and purchases, right to buy, lease extensions, new build and remortgaging To occasionally oversee commercial conveyancing matters The Person A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE Experienced in progressing full caseloads of residential property matters in a fee earning role
