This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities: Handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion.
Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
Provide clear and expert advice on property-related matters, including title issues and financial implications.
Keep clients updated on the progress of their transactions and manage their expectations throughout the process.
Stay informed about relevant legislation and market trends in conveyancing and property law.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing.
Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial property law.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
