Conveyancing Solicitor My highly-regarded client is searching for a Conveyancing Solicitor (2 - 5 years PQE) to join their established Residential Conveyancing team in Portsmouth.
The successful candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of the Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensure deadlines are met, enjoy working independently as well as part of a well-established team and become an invaluable asset to the business.
Key Attributes include: Managing a mixed caseload of residential sales, purchases and remortgages Dealing with matters from the initial estimate to post completion Technical competence Goodcommunication 2 + years PQE Commitment to teamwork Dedication to excellent service You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and you will also be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients.
The initial salary will consist of between £40,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience and this will increase, based on length of service.
