Senior Conveyancing Solicitor Salary negotiable In-house / Property Development and Management Company Leeds / Flexible working Sellick Partnership has a fantastic opportunity to join a property development and management company with offices across the UK.
As the Senior Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be the company's first legal hire as they look to bring the Conveyancing work in-house.
You will be supported by their external counsel as you start to bring the work back in-house, and you will have the opportunity over time to build your Conveyancing legal team internally.
The company has excellent backing from its international Investors and UK Investors and has numerous projects across the UK.
The role would involve a full range of conveyancing matters including commercial units being turned into residential units and sales, buying land to turn into residential use, and general conveyancing sales and purchases.
It will include residential leases for their owned properties plus much more.
